Story:

It was the beginning of winter, Edgar lived in a village with his father, mother and a 2-year-old sister. The cabin was very small, it only had one room and an old metal cross hung on the wall in the dining room. His father was a very complicated man, he beat Edgar, he raped his mother, and the younger sister received the penance of spending the coldest days outside the house. One night, while they were all asleep, Edgar walks noiselessly towards the dining room, takes the old metal cross and murders his father by hitting him several times on the head.

Due to what happened, Edgar with the rest of his family must flee to a red barn near the river. He was very mature for his age, so he realizes that his sister was the product of one of the many violations that occurred in his home. One very cold morning, Edgar looks for something heavier than a child, ties his sister to a stone and throws her into the river, saying that her existence was a sin.

After a few days, his mother takes him to the village chapel in a desperate attempt to heal him through the words of God. Blinded by the confusion pushes his mother from the top of the bell tower.
