A sense of echoing memory return blasts from the glow of the sun like great furnace doors. Thou dost age quickly in spite of a far horizon. Fight not alone in Gideon's company. Let their chambers and porches be filled with trials of seafaring and faith. Dimly lit are the corridors without. The river is stilled at the flood, reflecting rays of light, hewn like dull brass in its deep pools. Suddenly there burst out from the vague mystery a clamoring of voices. Tearing to earth, racing headlong, the trace of it is not forgotten.

Steeped Sky, Stained Light was conceptualized immaterially, in dreams, over a span of ten years. As Lynch would say, the "...seed requires electricity", and only so much control can be had over that very process. As it turns out, the year 2021 was the origin of a beginning spark, bringing those vague dream images into a real state. In a stillness, I sought to find something which before eluded me, and in doing so, uncovered a gleaming light, washing away the decaying hands of shadow. For those in need of a lantern amid the beckoning winds of Time, may one be found here, through the unending mystery of the road ahead.
