This split album is a collaboration between Dwalin and Necrocachot where the epic, luminous and powerful musical landscape of the former are clashing against the dark, grim and occult black metal/dungeon synth of the latter.
We though that "The Shadow and the Flame" would be a perfect title to depict such a "union of irreconcilables"
Tracks 1, 2 and 3 are exclusively performed by Dwalin and track 3 is a cover from Death In June.
Tracks 5, 6 and 7 are exclusively performed by Necrocachot.
Track 4 is a collaboration between both: Pörcoellion (Dwalin) at synths and programmation, Corbac leNoir (Necrocachot) plays guitar, bass and shrieks
