A shadow looms over the boundaries of Eryn Galen. The once sacred Green Forest, home of the mighty King Oropher, is haunted by a dark spirit in the form of a Necromancer. Darkness fell over the treetops, and the land became known as Taur-Nu-Fuin, and the light gave way to an unlimited gloom.
