Though trapped beneath glaciers of ice, Grim Darkness managed to use her synthesizers, wit, and eldritch knowledge to create this album from the months of August 2021 to October 2021.

The album cover was illustrated by Gustave Doré and engraved into wood by Héliodore Joseph Pisan for the 1789 book La sainte Bible, Vol. 1.
