It's here!! The third album from UK extreme DIY solo project Infernal Symphony is an aural pummelling from the opening notes of the title track to the dread-filled dying throes of "Contaminated Evidence".

If "Unholy Persecution", introduced our demonic sound, and "The Poisoned Chalice", refined it, then "Psychopathic Remains" masters, dominates and obliterates it like the cadavers that inspire it's horrid tunes. With a sharper, more focused pace, an abundance of killer moments, a generally more thrashy vibe and more hooks than a deranged butcher, this album is the ultimate example of Infernal Symphony's unique outlook and sound... Until the next one, of course!

Taking his approach back to his musical roots, this time around mastermind and macabre maestro Demonic Bishop examined the components of previous works and kept only the best riffs and songs for this album. Taking inspiration from the biblical legend of Judith slaying Holofernes, historical tales of murder and torture and the stories of homicide, kidnappings and serial killers of modern times too, "Psychopathic Remains" sounds like the gruesome... visions of a maniac's mind. Tracks such as "Skeletal Desires" explore the depravity and horror of necrophilia, whereas songs such as first single "Grinded To Pulp" and "The Screaming Apparition" bury you in gloom and brutality first and ask questions later.

The usual twists and turns are still here, with each progressive track switching gears and developing the tension, atmosphere and dread, but now the riffs are thrashier, the tone is heavier, and the song structures scream "replay value" just to catch the little details you might have missed. Death metal plays a bigger role on this album too, yet all of the different genres this band displays are slowly becoming a more unified and potent sound.

With songs featured on multiple Facebook groups and pages, including Doom Heart, Epicus Doomicus Metallicus and TRUE NOISE, and with a bigger and better response from fans and critics alike, this album is testament to the will of its creator and to the many deaths, murders and mercy killings that have come before or since.

Thanks for supporting this and previous albums and if you enjoy it, tell people about it!! Leave a review here, on our Facebook page or on our page at Encyclopedia Metallum - The Metal Archives!

And if you really like it, consider paying more than the asking price to recieve a limited, hand-made fingerprint card, made by Demonic Bishop himself, which as well as being the tits also grants you free access to any and all future live performances by us for life!! (Or Death!)
