Unbeknownst to me, mysterious forces were conspiring to seal my fate. In winter of that year, I learned that I'd inherited a house with a plot of land from a distant relative in Eastern Europe. Never having met him in person, the whole situation seemed bizarre. It was as if something was driving me to that part of the world again.

Arriving to the village, I found it to be rather peaceful and unremarkable - this couldn't have been a place possessed by evil spirits. Yet my mind kept coming back to the topic of peasant revolts, which by then I'd spent countless days reading about. After some time at the village, I decided to stay at the old house for a few more weeks, and see how I feel about the situation.

One night a loud knock on the window awoke me from slumber. I went to inspect what was going on, but didn't find anything suspicious. Being unable to go back to sleep, I checked my phone for messages, and saw that Kmet emailed me again. It was again an audio file, which I make available to you now. I listened to the recording the following afternoon, and didn't think much about it for some time afterwards. Until suddenly I developed an obsession with this strange piece of music. Seems incomprehensible now, but I was falling ever more deeply under Kmet's powerful spell...
