Who is Mortiloqvist?

He bears the world's transgressions on his bleak bourne brow... Old and dry as dust - A king who forsook his kingdom, his own kind have turned their backs on him. Returning and challenging the powers of the unknown dead, the wraith husks, dismal hybrids of shadow and flesh... Mortiloqvist... Mortiloqvism... All things are known to him for he speaks with the dead and holds converse with the demons of these lost lands. Joining with them to sing a bone monody beyond deaths domain... And what of these Shrouded Alcoves within these sacred ruins? These Reliquary Alcoves and the skulls residing within? They protect "The Capuut Mortum, the dead head, the worthless remains that they worship".
