"Sharpen Thy Knife, Curse The Sky is an album brimming with inventive, melancholic and dark atmospheric dungeon synth. The album was planned on Gondolin Records even before the label launched, but while some of the tracks are based on old sketches, other material has been recently added to deliver the full scope of Moth Tower's artistic vision.
Rooted equally in rhythmic dark ambient as well as the melodic minimalist approach of prison-era Burzum, Moth Tower is the work of E. Brahe - a Danish musician, active in various bands, going back to black metal beginnings in late 90s and with a long running neofolk-inspired doom metal band as his main project."
