When I visited the inn of the nearest town last week, there was a bard who was singing a cycle of songs about the terrible dragon Grarradaz. We could almost feel the dragon fear seize us, as we heard about his attack on the castle.

Dragons are usually wise, if greedy, but it seems the measure of wisdom was much smaller than that of greed in this beast. For he attacked the chosen castle without any thought of how to achieve his goal of getting the riches of it for himself. And so he was trapped under the falling stones, which ended up killing both the dragon and his victims.

A tragic story, but it suits my mood very well.
